Work Life

I have always wanted to work in a physical therapy clinic ever since I can remember. I can hardly believe that I have made it here. I continue to learn everyday, have some pretty awesome co-workers, and I love helping people through their recovery process.
The crazy bunch that I work with! We helped at the Morgan Valley Marathon this year with being an aide station. I can now say that I participated in a marathon! I didn't even have to run!

I am so grateful for the opportunities that have been given to me working here. In many ways working here has helped me immensely. Stress free, drama free, and no pain from standing all day! Who could ask for a better place!

I am going back to school on Monday, in hopes of getting into Weber's Athletic Training Program. It has been an emotional roller coaster getting back into school. I didn't think I would be going back again, but here we are 4 days before school starts and I am a nervous reck. I am greatful for Tyson, my family, and friends who continue to support me and give me the motivation I need. On the plus side though, I am taking a guitar class this round of school and I am pretty excited. I keep telling Tyson I am going to "serenade" him with my love songs. Which right now consist of me just going over rhythms in my book before school starts so my fingers don't hurt.

Hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend! I am going to grandma LaNae's house for our girls weekend! I am learning to make our family traditional Christmas stocking!

Update

I am attempting to get back into blogging, hopefully this attempt will be more successful! Since I last blogged... I graduated college, got married, and got a new job! I graduated from WSU in April 2013 with my Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy. It was a wonderful program and I am so grateful for the friends and knowledge I gained. Tyson proposed to me on January 21, 2013!

The Engagement: I had the day off of work and school so Tyson and I decided that we would go see a movie and go out to dinner to enjoy my day off. The night before he was saying that we should go up to the Bountiful Temple. I just looked at him weird because it is cold outside, and he said that he wanted to get a picture up there to send to his brother on a mission. I said, oh... ok! So the next day I got ready and we headed into town for our hot date! We went to go get tickets for the movie and the next movie was in a couple hours, so then we went to go eat lunch at Tempanyaki - which opened at 4, so we then decided to go up to the temple to get our picture and walk around - Tyson said we could go ring shopping after! (He was very good at killing my suspicions of us getting engaged!) So we went up to the temple and they were closed. So we ended up just walking around the outside and were just talking and when we could see the temple he turned to me, "I can't wait to spend eternity with you" and dropped to one knee, "Danielle, will you marry me?" I was so excited!!! Obviously, I said YES!!! My ring is BEAUTIFUL!!!

We set our wedding date for August 10, 2013. We got sealed in the Bountiful Temple for time and all eternity! I can't believe that it has been a year since I married the man of my dreams. Everything about our wedding was beautiful... the weather, the sealing, the bride and groom, and all of our families and friends. We had a garden reception in my parents backyard where all of our loved ones came to give their love and support. Thank you to everyone who was part of our big day.

Since we have been married Tyson is now working for UDOT and I am working at the Physical Therapy clinic. I LOVE my job helping people through their recovery! I have gained so much knowledge and many friendships from working at the clinic and could not have asked for a better experience.

I will post pictures soon of all the exciting happenings in our lives! I hope to blog about my exciting life as a newly married woman and my journeys of discovering how great of a wife I can be through cooking, cleaning, and crafting! (Thank you Pinterest for providing me with recipes so we don't starve!) Thanks for reading! Hope you have a wonderful day! -Yellie
